Architect / Sr. Architect

-Design & Planning: Lead architectural design, create technical drawings. Specialize in Interior projects (Residential, Commercial). -Conducting site analyses and creating space plans -Selecting materials, finishes, and furniture -Coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders -Developing interior design concepts and schemes -Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals on building projects -Managing budgets and timelines for interior design projects. -Designing buildings and structures, considering factors like aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability -Creating detailed plans and blueprints for construction -Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise -Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws -Overseeing budgeting and cost management to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Educational Requirements -BSc / MSc or Diploma in architecture/ civil engineering/Interior Design from a reputed public or private university Experience Requirements -3 to 5 year(s) -The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm,Interior Design
